BALANCE & HARMONY Magazine is our natural health magazine. It contains articles on holistic healing, massage therapy, herbal remedies and other similar topics. ( A list of covered topics may be seen at the Balance & Harmony Online website. ) The tagline for the magazine is 'a guide to a healthy body, mind, and spirit.' We include each of these aspects because each of them is an aspect of self. Discord and imbalance in any one of these areas may affect the other parts of self and therefore affect the overall health of self. The goal of the magazine is to provide our readers with information in which to maintain health in more natural ways. This includes natural methods of stress relief and holistic treatments of common ailments. We also showcase articles that help spread awareness of diseases such as cancer and HIV/AIDS, articles on spiritual topics as well as those that may provide inspiration, articles that promote tolerance and learning and so much more. This magazine is only available in print in the upstate of South Carolina. The magazine is FREE and those who are not in South Carolina may download a digital copy of all released issues via the website. SPIRITUAL
JOURNEYS Magazine Issues Published to Date:
SPIRITUAL JOURNEYS Magazine is our spiritual magazine. With the evergrowing spiritual movements around the globe, we hope this magazine will promote tolerance and learning to those who may be interested in alternative emerging and growing spiritual paths. We do provide a little something for many spiritual groups in this magazine. Topics covered include folklore, spiritual growth stories, informative articles on different spiritual paths including Paganism and its varied branches, Eastern Spirituality, Native American Spirituality and more. While some of the more mainstream religions are not covered in detail in this magazine, at times we do include features concerning them in order to help spread the message of tolerance through education. Reader Comments: "... your issue sparked a tremendous conversation between my mother and I. She is Lutheran. She teaches Sunday school, is the church librarian, etc. My oldest son is Wiccan, and has been for years. My 72 year old mother has never completely accepted this, and has barely tolerated my conversations requesting tolerance and understanding for him, and for my 'differences of opinion.' Last night I told her about my ad in your premier issue, and told her the name of the magazine. Her tone was 'interesting' as she asked, "What kind of spirituality are we talking about here...?" [Following,] we did have a really good conversation about tolerance for other beliefs and faiths. And several points that I raised, she responded to with "Why, that is exactly what I said in Church yesterday... and Wow... the Minister just said the same thing...". So, THANK YOU for helping my mother to better understand my path and my choices... and me to open up to her and explain why I've made them." L.W. · Wisconsin "I thought the magazine looked great! Very well-done... Overall, the magazine is really a high quality and wonderful resource." S.V. "Your premier edition was just fabulous! I loved the articles and the promotion of tolerance, education and diversity!" Wolf Spirit · Arizona
